bandstanders don’t do summer parties by halves. For 2018, we got into survival mode with Bear Grylls Survival Academy, firing rifles, driving blindfolded and even eating grasshoppers. After the worrying discovery that Lou really knows how to handle a grenade, we swapped camo paint for glitter and headed to our very own festival, complete with a band, dancefloor, campfire, pizza van, ice cream truck, yurts, ping pong and – of course – a glitter make-up artist.
