We are looking for a Creative Designer to work within our creative team. Our ideal candidate will have 3–4 years’ industry experience, be dependable, organised and hungry. You will have a sharp eye for craft, a passion for beautiful and purposeful design, and the versatility to work across brand, campaign and content — from concept through to delivery.

The right candidate will have:

  • 3–4 years’ industry experience in a design role, ideally within an agency environment
  • Experience delivering brand and campaign work across a range of formats — from initial layouts and presentations through to polished final assets
  • Strong design craft across typography, layout, colour and composition
  • The confidence to contribute ideas as well as execute them — from moodboards and scamps to finished artwork
  • An understanding of when to seek feedback and guidance, and how to incorporate it constructively
  • Confidence to present your work and the thinking behind it, with support from the wider team
  • A portfolio that demonstrates a strong passion for design and a high level of craft
  • A positive work ethos: hands-on, self-driven, enthusiastic and energetic, with a sprinkle of flair and a sense of humour
  • A willingness to throw in the odd cheeky, marmite idea
  • A desire to experiment and explore new techniques, processes and ways of working
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and a good understanding of Figma
  • After Effects skills would be a welcome bonus
  • A knowledge of and curiosity to implement AI processes into your work
  • A hunger to do the best work of your career alongside a group of equally passionate people

Contract: 3 months fixed term
Salary: £35,000 – 40,000

We are looking for a Creative Copywriter to work within our creative team. Our ideal candidate will have 2–3 years’ industry experience, be dependable, organised and hungry. You’ll be a nerd for words and coming up with ideas — someone who can move between shaping a brand’s voice and concepting a stand-out campaign, always finding the smarter, fresher way in.

The right candidate will have:

  • 2–3 years’ industry experience in a copywriting or creative role, ideally within an agency environment
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating range — from brand and campaign copy to content and verbal identity work
  • The ability to concept as well as craft — helping to generate big ideas, not just polishing words
  • Experience writing across multiple formats and channels:
  • A feel for brand voice — and the ability to adapt tone convincingly across different audiences and sectors
  • Confidence to present your ideas and the thinking behind them, both internally and with client support
  • An understanding of when to seek feedback and guidance, and how to incorporate it constructively
  • A positive work ethos: hands-on, self-driven, enthusiastic and energetic, with a sprinkle of flair and a sense of humour
  • The confidence to throw in the odd cheeky, marmite idea
  • A desire to experiment with language, format and storytelling — always looking for a fresher, smarter way in
  • Comfortable working in Google Docs, Word and presentation tools; awareness of Adobe Creative Suite a plus
  • A knowledge of and curiosity to implement AI processes into your work
  • A hunger to do the best work of your career alongside a group of equally passionate people

We are looking for a Creative Art Director to work within our creative team. Our ideal candidate will have 3–4 years’ industry experience, be dependable, organised and hungry. You will have a genuine passion for conceptual thinking — bringing bold ideas to life from initial spark through to final execution.

The right candidate will have:

  • 3–4 years’ industry experience in a creative role, with a strong focus on art direction
  • Experience delivering brand and campaign concepts — from compelling presentations built around moodboards and scamps through to final asset delivery
  • The confidence to move fluidly between concept and execution, idea and image, brief and big thought
  • A natural instinct for knowing when to lead and when to listen
  • Confidence to present your thinking — internally and in client-facing settings — with clarity and conviction
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual thinking and a distinct creative point of view
  • A positive work ethos: hands-on, self-driven, enthusiastic and energetic, with a sprinkle of flair and a sense of humour
  • The confidence to throw in the odd cheeky, marmite idea
  • A desire to step outside your comfort zone and explore new techniques, processes and ways of working
  • A solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma
  • After Effects skills would be a welcome bonus
