Following our success the past three years, bandstand has come third in the Boutique category of Campaign’s Best Places to Work 2023 and 14th overall – a healthy jump from our 23rd placement last year.
Now’s meant to be the time we use words like “honoured” and “humbled”, but really this podium finish is about the bandstand team themselves. It’s their unshakeable spirit that has created such a warm, fun, dynamic environment.
Together, we’ve pushed ourselves, taken on bigger challenges each year and made a lot of noise for twenty-something people in a studio above Berwick Street! We’re excited to see what else 2023 has in store.
