Unite Students needed to revitalise their digital content to inspire more students to live at their properties, positioning them as “homes for success”. We art-directed room designs and lifestyle images to create photography that felt warm and inviting. Picking props that were attainable for students and their budget was key to this project’s success. We also produced video testimonials that brought Unite Students’ brand positioning to life in an energetic and dynamic way.
Following our success on the first four properties, we are now producing digital content for another 162 properties. We have developed a framework which allows us to make content at scale in the most cost-effective way for the client.
