Building with integrity

Quintain Ireland, the country’s largest privately-owned residential developer, needed a total rebrand to align with their new ambition and reflect their standards of excellence and heritage. We worked with them to devise a new proposition, visual identity and – of course – the all-important name, Evara. Through the tagline “Building with integrity”, we were able to clearly assert both the industry and Evara’s trustworthy credentials.

As part of the rebrand, we created a cinematic brand film centred around the idea of making plans, big and small, alongside a launch film interviewing the executive team about their bold vision for Evara and the Irish housing market. We also worked on their employer brand, shot a bank of warm, welcoming photography, and devised their merchandise, signage and website.
