Waste Not Wanted

Following our work with waste management company Biffa, Company Shop Group asked us to develop a campaign to promote their services to big retailers. They wanted us to explain how CSG can redirect companies’ surplus goods so it isn’t wasted.

We developed “Wanted not wasted”, a creative platform which could be rolled out across CSG’s six key offerings, which included brand integrity, benefit to industry and diagnostics expertise.

Using playful imagery of products from potato smileys to Jammie Dodgers, alongside fun copy, we highlighted how perfectly good surplus was being thrown out over issues such as weight and labelling. The copy emphasised how surplus could be redirected to Company Shops as discounted products to support those who need it most, helping communities, the environment and the businesses themselves via financial remuneration. Assets were rolled out across multiple channels including OOH, print and social.
